OF THE RESEARCH
This
research is intended to achieve the following objectives:
To determine if there is a
relationship between reward and employee motivation.
To determine the impact of
rewards on motivation.
To determine which factors
contribute to work motivation.
To determine the impact of
biographical variables on work motivation.
TUJUAN
PENELITIAN
Penelitian
ini dimaksudkan untuk mencapai tujuan berikut:
Untuk menentukan apakah ada hubungan
antara reward dan motivasi karyawan.
Untuk menentukan dampak penghargaan
pada motivasi.
Untuk menentukan faktor mana yang
berkontribusi terhadap motivasi kerja.
Untuk mengetahui pengaruh
variabel biografi terhadap motivasi kerja.

and secondary data are used for the present study. Primary data are collected
through the questionnaire. Secondary data are collected from annual reports,

regression equation shows the positive relationship between the extrinsic
rewards and Employee Motivation That is when the extrinsic reward is made on
the basic of Employee point of view; Employee Motivation will increased by
16.45.The correlation between extrinsic rewards and Employee Motivation is 0.7280, which
shows the positive relationship between the two variables. According to the
R-square, 53% of Employee
Motivation is accepted by Reward.

Story Of My Life.
Hello!, Everyone In this post I tell you story of my life, but I will introduce myself first. My name is Azendra Graha Wiradimadja, you can call me Azend or Zendra. I was born on 4 March 1998 and bogor is my birthplace. I am the fourth of four brothers and I am the youngest in this family. My current residence with my parents, right on Jln Al-Falah No.05 Cibinong - Kab.Bogor. Now I'm studying at college that is at Gunadarma University in Accounting Department, Class 3EB05.
Nothing important in my life,
When it all started after graduation grade 6 elementary school. The first time his class was different, all new friends were there. I who alone do not have friends there is only a handphone that accompanied me on the first day of school in SMP Negeri 1 Cibinong. At that time I was indeed shy and there was no courage to get along and try to be friends with the others. Then there was one child who approached me at that time he was the first friend during junior high. Beginning to be a jovial teenager will be a lesson in which the other teenagers try to register on extracurricular. My first friend tried to invite me to join the basketball club, actually I want to join club basket only my short physical is not appropriate criteria to be the core basketball team and I do not believe in my own ability. Then there I was just a video game solitary in a computer lab room, then there is a child I do not know came up, I was playing the game was surprised when he came. Then we talked to each other about our hobbies, he is a hobby with me this is like a difficult game, it turns out he is good at compare me this. I'm a shy and like to be alone this end there is a friend who is a hobby with me. After that we became a close friend but my friend not only him. Thanks to him who always support me, he taught me to get along with the others and I did start to believe in myself. That's my life in Junior High School.
After I graduated from junior high school, with my own desire to live with my parents and continue high school in Cibinong. At school I meet different people's characters and many new things I have to learn there. My new school turned out to be a lot of my old school, though I do not really know them. On the first day of school at SMA PLUS PGRI Cibinong I started trying to hail with others and try to be friends. At the beginning of my first day of study I tried to sit at the back and someone came up and sat next to me. Then we became friends and even now my friends in high school still often play together.
